In both new and existing buildings, the air change rate is determined to test the air tightness of the building envelope. High air change rates provide information on the existence of unwanted leaks. Additional building-thermographic tests carried out during the BlowerDoor measurement will allow you to draw comprehensive conclusions on the condition of the building envelope and to document them as part of the quality assurance process - even in the warmer seasons of the year.
